What we collect

When you report a maintenance problem in the tenant portal or email us, we receive the details you provide — such as your name, property address, phone number, and the description of the issue.

Rental applications

When you apply to rent a home, we collect the information on the application: your contact details, current address and landlord, employment and income, number of occupants, and any report you choose to upload. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, immigration status, or photo ID on our application.

Credit screening is done by a separate consumer reporting company. You give your information directly to them, under their own privacy policy, and we receive only the resulting report. We use application and screening information only to decide on your application against our written criteria, and we keep it only as long as needed for that and for our legal record-keeping obligations.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, review rental applications, carry out repairs, manage your tenancy, and contact you about your property.

Who we share it with

We share details with contractors or service providers only as needed to resolve a reported problem, and with our tenant screening company to process a rental application. We do not sell your information.

Your choices
