Screening when it's your turn
We review applications in the order received. When yours is next, you get an email link from our screening company. You enter your own details with them; we never see your Social Security number.
A clear answer
We decide against the written criteria below and email you either way. If the home is rented before we reach you, you're never charged.

These are the same for every applicant and every home.

Screening fee: paid directly to the screening company. If you have a reusable tenant screening report from the last 30 days, you can upload it with your application instead, and there is no fee. You have the right to a copy of any credit report obtained with your fee and to an itemized receipt.
